Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, probably the Clinch if I go. Weather might be a tad iffy though I actually like a bit of cloud cover. Don't care for much in the way of wind though when fly casting. That can get frustrating.

Clinch river? I miss fishing there.

Just wanted to end this thread properly. I'm about to leave Gatlinburg and as usual I loved my stay in Knox. The food in knox is pretty darn good. I tell everyone they need to go to Knox. I tried all your suggestions for beer and then some and hit the brewery's I could find but the best beer in the area that I found was highland brewing's southern sixer.

Highland is out of Asheville. Pretty much the Brew capital of the South right now.
