Mcbee wasn't actually that bad on D. The other two you mentioned were definitely not stellar defenders.

Mcbee would never be mistaken for a good defender, sound technique but just too slow to do what Martin wanted.

Mcbee hustled and played hard on defense....... unfortunately he didn't have the natural talent, etc. to be a great defender.

The other choice was golden, enough said.

If you think Mcbee is on the same level defensively as Barton or Richardson that's fine, I disagree.

Show me were I compared McBee to anybody on this years team. I was simply saying he wasnt the liability on defense that you suggested. The other 2 you named were.

I said McBee was a solid defensive player. Simple as that.

90% of good defense is hustle and knowledge of the game regarding positioning, schemes, and so forth.

McBee had both which made him a decent defender.
