Reports coming in from the Kosovo/Serbian border that fighting has erupted and air raid sirens being reported. Rumors are flying but something we should we be watching.

Seems like there's something going on at the Serbia-Kosovo border. Vucic is allegedly going to speak to the nation sometime this afternoon...

So from what I understand, we have a military base in Kosovo. Should we get involved? Should we arm Kosovo? Or should we just repeat 1999?

The US/NATO in a 3 front war in The Balkans, the Taiwan Straits and Ukraine. You fools are going to see one day that we have the most corrupt, warmongering profiteers of all time running the West. And all of this while we still don't have in the conversation a possible dust up between Israel/Iran/Syria/Turkey/US over Assad and the conquest of portions of Syria.

So basically, we have a repeat of the situation in Donbas. The Serbs living in northern Kosovo are now being terrorized by the Kosovars/Albanians.

The decision of the "authorities" in Pristina to start from August 1 the application of unreasonable discriminatory "rules" on the forced replacement of personal documents and registration numbers of local Serbs - another step towards the expulsion of the Serbian population from Kosovo, the expulsion from there of the Kosovo-Serbian institutions that ensure the protection of the rights of Serbian residents from the arbitrariness of the Pristina radicals led by "Prime Minister" A. Kurti. Kosovar leaders know that the Serbs will not remain indifferent when it comes to a direct attack on their freedoms, and deliberately aggravate in order to launch a scenario of force. Of course, Belgrade is also at the forefront of the attack, which the West wants to additionally "neutralize" with Kosovo Albanian hands.

We call on Pristina and the US and EU behind it to stop provocations and to respect the rights of Serbs in Kosovo.

This development of events is yet another evidence of the failure of the mediation mission of the European Union. This is also an example of what place was prepared for Belgrade in the European Union, offering Belgrade de facto to put up with the lack of rights of its compatriots.

My argument has always been let Europe take care of Europe. We have our own issues with our own border and inside our country.
Well… that’s what you claim anyway. While you continually make excuses for authoritarian regimes and US geopolitical foes around the world. You can’t help yourself at this point.

This is how world war starts. Thank God neither is Nato...we need to stay the Hell out of this mess
Camp Bondsteel is the base of KFOR and is a NATO base staffed by several NATO members since it’s inception in 1999. No that doesn’t mean this is a NATO issue and no I don’t think we should get involved. But “NATO” is already within artillery range of whatever happens.
