If it's like a Hooters, then forget it. Greasy wings, lack luster sauces, just cause you're hot doesn't mean you are a good server.
I hope you step out of the box and put your own flare on your joint. Anybody can copy Hooters. Just look at Wing House down here in FL. Crawford Ker (former Dallas Cowboy) took Hooters and gave the wait staff tight black shirts instead of tight white shirts. Whoopie. Same food, same poor service just a different name.
