just saw that article from Rivals on the top 15 DT's this year. Malik made #4.
Anyhow, I wanted to point out that out of 15 only a couple were over 300 pounds. We always talk about wanting to sign the 'big uglies', but it appears that the top shelf guys are coming in less that 300.
Thoughts?
Some coaches don't want 300 pound DL's. The best are agile, quick, and athletic. Technique is very important asset at this position.
Yep. Floyd has been moved to DE and Easley to NT according to latest depth charts. I couldn't believe they did that, but there are actually Gator fans who think that the coaching staff is smarter than I am.
Yeah, what Muschamp wants is slowly becoming evident. He wants to stop the run first and worry about the pass later. If Bray is as good as you guys think, that strategy may play into your hands. Urban wanted fast finesse; Muschamp wants strength and physicality. It's almost as if he is trying to build a team to beat Bama. In the secondary he seems to favor people who hit over safeties who cover. It will be interesting to see how that works out.

Well that's with the ones, I am scared to see if we drop off much in the two's and three's
