From what I've seen she secretly recorded the conversation--not that it matters all that much.
Comparing Peterson to Hitler is laughable, however that is conveying an opinion. I don't believe he was accused of genocide or anything like that. I think it will be hard to prove he has actually incurred damage from this incident; his response to it has probably been more damaging.
