Our alumni chapter had one a few years ago in the low rent section on the hillside by McClung. We went with the most basic package that just included a tent, tables and chairs, no food/beverages. You're allowed to pull into Circle Park to drop items off beforehand but that's not an option at the end so be prepared to drag whatever you bring to the tent back to your vehicle before kickoff. That part was really, really a pain.
