I love this. Makes that picture of him kneeling and wracked with emotion after our win even more awesome. He was talking to his Dad. Beautiful.

I knew he was praying, was overcome with emotion, but wow.
Amazing story.
As one who lost his Dad almost 11 years ago, I completely understand what he's saying. Sometimes I feel my Dad's presence so strong I think he'd answer if I called my Mom.
Hard to explain to some.

Indeed. I lost my dad two years ago last month. I'm not sure what it is, but sometimes I can feel him with me. It's hard to explain.

I think feeling a loved ones presence is not because they are there but because they are looking down on you and gives you a moment of their love. Great story.

Read the article.

I like Butch even more now.
I respect that he is so open about the bond with his father.

I really hope Butch stays at Tennessee as long as he can.

Let's get Lyle a scholly! That's an awesome story. I lost my dad in 2010 and have the exact same experiences.

Go Vols!

Great story...gave me cold chills. I have felt my mother with meat times, so I get it.

Great story. No matter what happens from here on out it's hard to argue that Butch brought us back. He will always have my respect.
