Amen to this. Cuonzo would just stick to that man to man all game no matter how the game was being played

Except for when he ran that aggressive 1-3-1, right? I'd say Cuonzo was more willing to adapt his defense than Tyndall's constant use of the 2-3 matchup. But, that's neither here nor there.

Barnes has the best resume of any coach that Tennessee has ever hired.

The last year of his 3 years. I was at the first game he implemented when we played Florida to give a change of look but he was strict man to man his first two years.

But like you said that is neither here nor there. We have Rick Barnes now and let's hope he can recruit well his first month or so as a Vol coach.

I believe he runs the spread offense and a 3-4 defense......wait a minute :)
