Thank you sir, I didn't think about "presentation" , but I did clean the ick off the counters first. (I try to pretend to keep things shiny.) I do love my soapstone counters, tho. Soapstone >>>>> over granite any day. We put some $$$ in our 90+ year old house, and most of it was in the kitchen.
