Haven't been paying attention to this. Is the perjury the fact that they didn't disclose the donations they received? Or was there more to it?

Looked at the perjury charge - don't have time to try to copy it here. It appears that the wife was cross examined by the DA in open court about the website during the bond hearing. So, the DA and the Judge were aware of the website. This was no surprise to them following the bond hearing. Interesting.
