Tennessee lost I think 2 players to transfer this year with another 2 or so academic casualties. You can expect that again next season as well as a few JRs could go into the draft.

14 seniors
4 to transfer or flunk out (just guessing)
34 total JR's or R-Jr's

Vols may sign a full class next year.

Anybody that thinks Dooley won't cut some more weight is crazy. There will be quite a few guys Sabanized/Dooleyed when it's all said and done. D.Young may end up transferring(no I'm not just picking on the guy folks). He's being recruited over and in a hurry.

Vonn just got some love on the Sports Animal. Guy from Chattanooga called in, dismayed by Dooley's lack of offer so far. Josh Ward and Will West are on the case, for what it's worth. Seriously, though, I'm sure Vonn will get offered here within the next few weeks or so.

I will say one thing is certain. Vonn has people pulling for him early and often. I can't remember too many prospects getting this much love from fans this early.

Both the Alexander boys(Mackensie is that good)
Ryan White
Jalen Ramsey
Wiggins if he goes ahead and committ.(5'9 cover corners are dime a dozen no knock on him though, he's a good player)
Vonn Bell(but all that Bama Bs talk can saved that the poster is talking)

That's the order I've got them in. M.Alexander is first because he's committed and there aren't too many CBs in this year's class or 2013 that are better. He's our Tracy Howard.
Does the kid even have a Bama offer? I checked on Scout and his profile just shows a UGA offer only. I could not find a Rivals profile for him. I would think with those 2 offers, he would have one on rivals for sure.

I agree that Ramsey, and Wiggins would be takes right now and I think I saw where Wiggins has us out front.

8-10 defections is pushing it, IMO. I can see 4-8 with a solid 19-23 signees. This way, we can gear up for the year after next when our massive junior class graduates with a minimum of 4 back counts and at least 29 signees.

Kid loves TN and grew up a fan. we need to atleast let him know we have interest. It seems that's all he wants as of now. Bama does have inroads at Ridgeland. They have picked up a few kids from there as of late. The Bowmans.

Heard Wiggins would love an FSU offer. But he does have us out front. And looks just like Jabari Greer. Now we can't let this much db talent go to waste we're in on. We still need help back there. Randolph is still a bit injury prone. And we don't have crazy depth. Wish we had taken/recruited Elston this class.

I really expected deeper roster cuts at this point. He'll have to send some folks the message in the spring now.

I would expect his posse on here posting how UT is missing the boat would call into the sports shows to make sure they cover their bases. Keep up the good work. Maybe he will get an offer. I would expect he would end up outside looking in if Alexander sticks and Wiggins/Ramsey decide to be Vols.

We'll have room in the 2014 class. Not worried about that class.....

The cuts he would've had to make if we signed a full class this season will get another year to prove themselves. Even then, I don't see how we trim 8-10. Or even if it would be beneficial to trim that many.

Jalen Ramsey
Vonn Bell
Shaq Wiggins (Vols lead for)
Ryan White
M. Alexander (current commits twin who said they are going to the same school)
Corn Elder (some like him better at DB)
Donald Gray (current commits teammate)
Darius Sims
etc...

I think they should offer Bell, but this is what the coaches are looking at and studying right now.
UT is definitely going to have tough decisions to make. White is an extremely good player. I don't think you pass on someone like him. However, he is going to be difficult to pull given his demographic. There are going to be a ton of Big 10, etc. schools in his ear.

Like chavis said, you don't pass on Elder either. However, there is all the Cane chatter with him. I think if he gets that offer, it could be a battle. I also don't think you pass on Shaq Wiggins. By all accounts, he is another extremely good player who we lead for ATP.

I'm suspect on Gray, and I haven't seen enough of Bell.
