Just wait and see how it plays out.
The president may or may not pardon state charges but can “ask” the Governor to do it.

Kinda like the Barry Seal situation.
Pardoned by then Governor Bill Clinton at the request of President Ronald Reagan.

In public your Democrat leaders will say a lot of things you want to hear but when you quit paying attention they’re for sale. Even to Trump.

Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz and FBI Director Christopher Wray will head to Capitol Hill Monday, to be grilled by senators about last week's inspector general's report that concluded that the FBI violated long-standing department guidelines and mishandled the Hillary Clinton email investigation in 2016.

Monday's hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee will begin at 2 p.m. ET.

You think Mueller would have given HRC’s IT specialist dude immunity after he lied to the FBI on 2 separate occasions?
You know the guy who destroyed evidence and couldn’t recall what HRC’s legal aides told him to do or not do? Oh yeah, the same aides who got immunity too. Lol, what a joke, the fix was in.

Almost forgot, the aides who all of a sudden claimed atty client relations...and got to sit in on FBI questioning etc...when they were actually witnesses. Lol, can’t make this crap up.

Hillary's private email server was illegal. POTUS Barack Obama was aware of the private email server prior to "news reports" as he falsely claimed during the Clinton email matter/investigation.

Sending the email wasn't illegal. The private email server being used to receive/transmit classified information was illegal. Obama knew all about it. Hillary had no government email.

This is where I'm not following you. You move from (1) Obama emailed Hillary at an email address that was housed on a private server, to (2) Obama knew it was a private server, and therefore (3) knew it was illegal. Don't know how (2) and (3) follow from (1).

I should also add that Obama was asked about his knowledge of Hillary's server two years after she left the SoS position. That means that it had likely been two years, at a minimum, since he last sent an email to that address. Unlike Trump, I doubt Obama has the "one of the great memories of all time."

If one becomes President, do you think they might have staffers that already input that kind of information into your email account? Obama just types "H-i-l-l-" and the name "Wicked Witch" pops up without any email data unless you click on the properties.

Let's be smart about this here. There is no way the sitting President is forced to type out an email each and every time they send something.

So you're telling me he didn't notice her emails ended in something other than .gov?

He would have had to manually add her email to his contacts / address book on his phone and email.

He can read, correct?

With the number of devices (phones, iPad, laptop, OC, etc) we use today, you think it's unlikely or impossible that Obama never typed an email to Hillary by manually entering her email address?

If so, then we can agree to disagree.

I completely understand your point.

However, based on how skeptical I am of BHO's integrity I would think it's plausible he had personal phones / email accounts that were not setup by White House IT staff.

While Hillary Clinton wasn’t much of an emailer, she did have one coveted Washington email address—President Barack Obama’s. The president’s email system allowed only select addresses to reach him, so when her email address changed, her staff had to notify the White House to add her new email to his approved list of contacts. Clinton said she never received any guidance on how or when to email the president.

The president, though, was more the exception than the rule in Clinton’s world. She had few correspondents. Just over a dozen individuals—mostly senior advisers and the department’s executive administrative staff—regularly emailed Clinton directly. It was a rare privilege reserved for senior advisers who needed regular contact. Excluding personal correspondence with family and close friends, Abedin, Mills and Sullivan together accounted for 68 percent of Hillary Clinton’s total email traffic as secretary of state. (Clinton also used her device to text staff and send BlackBerry messages.) While “at least a hundred, if not several hundred” State employees had her clintonemail.com address—emails from Hillary often arrived with just an “H” in the “from” field—and many of those employees, like Kennedy, were aware she used a personal email account, most didn’t understand she had a private server. Nor was Kennedy aware that the personal email account was her sole one.
