    AGAIN!!!! A good example why your head coach is the problem. Cannot bring herself to make good in game adjustment. It's not about pleasing one player it's about putting together a cohesive team so you can win games.

    Players play, coaches coach. Leadership is bringing the best out of people. At the end of the day good coaches put their athletes in a position to win. Bad coaches stays with the status quo. Our problem is bad coaching. PERIOD.
