I saw that earlier today. It's a scene from a much longer (about an hour) propaganda video called "Saleel Sawarim" (I think). The content is pretty horrendous.

Ryan Jimmo should have tapped earlier. Crowd boo'd the hell out of Tim Tebow. How pleasant.

I've definitely seen worse stoppages, but I feel like that fight could have easily continued. Sara got dropped, took 2 unanswered shots, and immediately started to get back up. I'm really disappointed. That could have been an entertaining fight.
