Not blaming this on strength and conditioning but the year before crm left south Florida didn't they lose a ton of guys to acl's? Obviously injuries are apart of the game but I didn't know if it was just merely a coincidence or a trend..

Seriously. Is there nothing that can be done to help prevent those types of injuries?

Nope. Even if you put a red shirt on every player an ACL injury can happen on a step, a cut, a jump, just about anything. Sit them on the bench and tell them not to move is the only 100% way to be safe.

A buddy of mine tore his ACL doing a layup. Also had a friend who tore his playing golf. It's not hard to do.

Were done. plain and simple. If we win 7 games it will be a miracle. And next year our schedual will be even harder and bray, hunter, & cp could all be gone. There is nothing positive about this. Nothing.

This is something that happens to every football program in the country. This has actually been a fairly quiet offseason when it comes to major injuries for us. It's definitely a lot better than when we had the achilles bug running around a couple years ago.

So we've got Fugate, Bohannon, Williams, and maybe Brewer as backup (since Moore is starting at safety.

Not ready to hang it up over an injury to a second string linebacker. Greg King can be moved in to help out in an emergency, and our starters could actually stay healthy.
