The (many) indictments of Donald Trump

Then he should have no problem on appeal, correct?

We'll see.

And what's more important is you seem completely fine with him having paid her off and forged the books to try to hide it ... from you. From you.

And you look for reasons to ignore that.
You think it’s a foregone conclusion that Bragg gets the conviction?

Of course not. But they have a case in advance which has been determined to raise the possibility of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. It's a high standard even to bring a case.

And given Trump's demeanor and track record on such things, it just seems that it's well within the realm of probability.

1. I never said it was fine to forge the books. I've stated many times he's guilty of that and should be punished by doing that. The issue is that's a misdemeanor and the SOL has expired for that...

2. Settling with her was not illegal. Scummy. Yes. Illegal, no.

3. What was he hiding by reclassifying it? The amount was immaterial to the financials. There's no line on a tax return or income statement called "Expenses for raw dogging a porn star". My educated guess was he was trying to reclassify it to get it deductible for tax purposes. Probably aggressive tax position for sure but not frivolous given how much of what he makes is due to branding and that he could consider he was at work trip prior to the alleged raw-dogging..

And the current DOJ reviewed the same information and passed on charging him.

I really wish the first trial was the documents case. To this day, Trump has given no rational explanation for why he 1) took such a large volume of material with him -- boxes and boxes and boxes of them" or 2) why he kept refusing to give them back when asked repeatedly for them.

Add to that the effort once the take-back was under way to destroy evidence of his role in it.
I'm sure he planned on selling it to the Russians

I said 'incarceration" . Bet on it.
Not what happens if it doesn’t happen? I mean will you be ok? I know with all the times Trump has been proven innocent, your side usually cries and loses it. You threaten to move other countries or blow up the WH. Or you need days off of work, coloring books and safe spaces.

I am just genuinely concerned about not only you and turbo but EL, LG, TNRibs and other liberals well being. If Trump wins again just don’t flip out and act like spoiled children like you usually do.

They want Orange Man Bad out of the way, anyway possible so Mr Potato head and giggles can easily win reelection.

Was that before or after Bragg had prosecutors resign in protest of him not bringing charges? What changed?

It's clear that Trump is likely guilty of a misdemeanor. But, the state didn't bring that up in time and the felony case just seems like a stretch....
Is this the hush money case?? If so does selective prosecution claim come in considering the revealing of the Biden campaign using funds for hush money as well

"All the times Trump has been proven innocent"? Name them. A lot of people that are Republicans feel the same way about him. I saw where you were calling people rubes in another post. This post of yours screams rube

Even the experts on Fox News believe it's a foregone conclusion. I do not understand why the case wasn't removed to Federal Court.

If that was even an option it would have been Trump's. But to do so, if its like my civil cases, I believe he would have had to have been charged with a federal crime. If he is charged with violating state law, I don't see how a federal court would have jurisdiction.

It’s NY so yes, Bragg gets a conviction.
Yep. This “High standard” talk is nonsense. The left is so deeply sick with TDS, they have abandoned what little integrity they had left. You know. Because Trump must be stopped to save our democracy.
