This post is very much correct. Most people on here are "biased" to the point that they don't actually read or have a mind to comprehend or change things, they are just looking for holes to justify their side or beliefs.

Even high academia is like this. I find the "trust" science crowd to be laughable. I was discussing the movie Oppenheimer yesterday and we talked about how self-serving and political people were even in that film. Humans are humans no matter where you go and they really just fight for their belief/position. There isn't a "superior" intellect.

Having a background in law, I see the plaintiffs bring in expert witnesses with strong degrees and training in their field to argue their case and than the defendants bring in a similar expert witness with all the criteria to refute the other. Who is right? For $$ and power, people will do anything.

BREAKING: CNN drops bombshell, reveals that Trump’s lawyers just told the New York appeals court overseeing the his civil fraud case that Trump “can’t find an insurance company to underwrite his bond to cover” his $454 million bond.

But it gets even WORSE for Trump…CNN also reports that “Trump’s attorneys said he has approached 30 underwriters to back the bond, which is due by the end of this month.”Adding insult to injury, Trump’s lawyers told the judge that “the amount of the judgment, with interest, exceeds $464 million, and very few bonding companies will consider a bond of anything approaching that magnitude,”

CNN’s report continues, “The insurance broker, Gary Giuletti, who testified for Trump during the civil fraud trial, signed an affidavit stating that securing a bond in the full amount “is a practical impossibility.”Potential underwriters are seeking cash to back the bond, not properties, according to Trump’s lawyers.”

Now, Trump’s lawyers are desperately begging the appeals court to “delay posting the bond until his appeal of the case is over, arguing that the value of Trump’s properties far exceed the judgment.”Unfortunately for Donald Trump, everyone now knows that he grossly over values his properties — and insurance companies want cash instead of overvalued, fraudulent properties as collateral.

This is why you have to be "careful" on all your language. They take clips out of context and post them in headlines and people like turbovol and evillawyer eat that stuff up. Both sides do this. Don't assume headlines are accurate.

They even do the same thing in sports all the time with the "clickbait" headlines.
