They get the benefit of having gone 7-6 in the west and beating a brand name in Texas for their bowl. Not surprised.

well, we'll at least have the opportunity to do so.

no matter where, or if at all, we're ranked in the pre season, everything is out in front of us.

if we finish 9-3 we'll have some quality wins, and probably be in the SEC E hunt for the majority of the season, and finish in the teens somewhere possibly.

but get prepared folks, we're 25th, with games against OU and ARK early. we could fall out w/a loss and have to get back in by the end of the season...

Said it before and say it again..........just glad to see us on this list again. It's been way too long. Personally, glad to see us at #25 - will be fun to watch us move up as the year progresses.

If we start 4-0 we should be firmly in the top 25 and it would take a 3 game skid to get us out at that point IMO.

Hope we start a season hot for once so we can stay relative longer.

Even in 2006 and 07 we took some early L's to fall out of the natonal conversation.
