He <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Ben_Fred\/status\/465971520649445376\">will decide between<\/a> Tennessee, Florida Gulf Coast, Florida Atlantic and Alabama.<\/p>\n<p>The Vols are the consensus favorite to land Carmichael.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>I figured if Coach Tyndall would give me a call, I figured that would be the best option for where I would end up<\/em>,\u201d <a href=\"http:\/\/www.govolsxtra.com\/news\/2014\/may\/12\/southern-miss-signee-willie-carmichael-to\/\">Carmichael said<\/a>. &#8220;<em>The reason I committed there (Southern Miss) was the coaching staff.
