Class of 2016 Tennessee quarterback target Jarrett Guarantano announced yesterday that he will announce his commitment on April 15th at 3 p.m.
At 6-foot-3, 200 pounds, Guarantano is a four-star prospect and the No. 4 dual-threat quarterback in the country according to Rivals.com. He’s rated the No. 91 player overall in the 2016 class.
