Sometimes we have those for a meal. We cook those on the grill sometimes and they are even better!

I typically plant peppers every year. This year I grew spicy banana peppers and chili. Never tried stuffed banana peppers so I will give it a try. There are almost too many to eat and I am running out of ideas.

I bet those would be good. You can always can or freeze them.

Never fried them, but have thought about panko bread crumbs. Grill or bake
I was gonna suggest trying them grilled but you got that covered. I like them grilled, but my favorite way is fried. They seem to be more tender so they are easier to bite into without squeezing all the stuff out.

What kind of breading do you use?
