“There is no helpside [in 3x3]. We aren’t in gaps, we stay on our matchup the whole time, but in 5x5 you have to be in your gaps and helpside always, so that’s a little adjustment for me,” Spearman said. “It’s helped me a lot with playing defense more aggressively and more up on the ball … It’s helped me be better in the one-on-ones, too.”

watched Argentia and Canada games re USA and they lost against Canada, but the refs gave the USA team no breaks (understated) and quick hand steals were frequently called fouls. but enjoyable and both would have been easier wins if free throws would have been made.

Zee played well in the 3x3 but she still needs to be more consistent shooting that three she was really good inside and team ended up 14 and 2. That one loss to Canada 19 to 18 could have been avoided they seem to relax to much with a five point lead.
