What's more impressive is he caught it like that running full speed. Very difficult catch to make.

AT the speed he was running he can keep his balance ...because hes a junior/senior right? or something like that I expect him to make those catches?

Why wouldn't he?

Wrong, Amerson knew he had no safety help; he simply got burned by a faster man and then "made excuses" through gestures.

I was a bit curious.... until I saw him getting chewed out on the sidelines.

I think the laws of inertia would apply. He's moving at sufficient speed and with a noticeable right body lean. The ball is approaching over his left shoulder. Which means the ball's angle and motion coincides with the right lean of the body. What happens then is the catch matches and flows with the right striding movement similar to entering a curve on a track field. Then ZR actually slightly modifies this to a more forward stride while still moving right in relation to the field orientation. If you look at where he ends up it is the right side of the field as he crosses the goal line. Of course Amerson's pursuit encourages his maintaining this action to both outrun and prevent the pursuit from catching him.

Not to sound like a smartass or something but you can actually see what I described. It certainly doesn't take an iota from ZR's remarkable agility shown with this catch. The fact he had to look up and over his shoulder and still make the catch, for me is the most amazing part of the catch. The eye-hand coordination for this, I find to be stunning.

He really did run the wrong pattern

The joke is about Amerson complaining about it...how would he know it was the wrong pattern?

Who said he ran wrong pattern though? That's what I'm trying to find out. Him and Bray seemed to be on same page atleast.

I hope he runs the wrong pattern again & again & again & again, etc.

It's a good thing PW wasn't making that catch, we already know he would have fallen over lol

I'm not gonna hate on a DB for falling down on a possible touchdown after he makes an interception.

Especially since it wouldn't have mattered anyway, and we quickly scored, even after the penalty.

I laughed when it happened, I was just glad we got the pick. As long as he wasn't hurt, seeing someone fall when nobody is around is kinda funny.

Not gonna hate either but I'd advise em that the next time you get get a pick...hop over the 30.

He fell right on the Chic fil a marks on the field. My dad said "must have slipped on a chicken nugget." It was funny at the time. Jokes are better when you're draggin' an opponent in the Georgia dome.

Someone else said that, too, but I remember him slipping and falling on nothing but green turf.
