For those who haven't seen it, this is a still shot of "White Lightning's" amazing, almost physics bending catch. From this angle, there should be no way that he remained upright but somehow he did. To me, this picture makes the already great catch just that much more amazing. Well done, ZR. Keep up the great work.

great pic

He made some other great catches as well.
Don't think he had a drop Friday night at all.

I didn't realize he was that sideways when he made the catch. Impressive

Amerson was so eager to prove the interception king/great CB hype he heard during the season buildup that he forgot the fundamentals of his position. He was so busy looking for an easy pick that he got burned all night long.

All I heard from my NC State friends in the run up to this game was how Amerson was going to shut down over half of the field on D. Yet he was responsible for both of the big pass TDs and for taking a bad angle on CP when he ran it in.

They didn't even win the turnover battle. Amerson got exposed on Friday, and I loved it.

I don't remember him dropping that many passes, im gonna get burnt for that probably but im also gonna get burnt for saying 21 missed his fair share of passes along with every receiver ever. It's gonna happen they all have bad games Hunter missed a few as well the other night. The more you throw to them the more they're gonna miss and the more they're gonna catch. If it's a white dude it's blown out of proportion it seems. Racist imo! J/K

ZR's legs move so fast they act like a gyroscope. That's the physics behind his ability to stay upright. :loco:

Yeah, I honestly didn't think he'd be able to make the adjustment as that ball was coming down... It was a really awkward angle to make that catch, let alone continue running afterwards.

The catch was boss, but it was even more boss to continue to outrun Amerson to the endzone.

Cred to ZR but Amerson was snoozing and thought we had help over the top. NC State blew coverage's all night.

Wrong, Amerson knew he had no safety help; he simply got burned by a faster man and then "made excuses" through gestures.

No offense to ZR - it truly was a fantastic catch and clearly he righted himself after nearly falling which is also amazing but even more amazing is how he can even run on those tiny, skinny bird legs.

Rogers should get open a lot this year, since safeties will have to focus on Hunter and CP. Imagine, on a first down, with a good play-action fake, sending all three straight down the field, or even two. They will be a tough cover.
