Outstanding hire and familiar with coach jones offense. The key is this staff can hit the ground running because they are all familiar with schemes. Graham and thigpen are only two that are not buys we all know graham is a stud and thigpen can lean heavily on Willie and just recruit like a mad man

He wasn't calling plays in Bowling Green, Taggart was. They ran similar systems.
