Sub Kingsbury for Mark Helfrich, Randy Shannon is not coming here unless for DC job, let Strong bring in whoever he wants for his defense, Terry Fair for DB coach though.
Edit: actually, forget Helfrich let Mullen bring on his offensive guys.

OC: Tee Martin with Miles or if it's Mullen let him bring his.
DC: Charlie Strong or Randy Shannon.

For HC I'll pass on anyone with the last name Miles, Mullen, Briles, Petrino, Fisher, Helfrich, Fleck, MacIntyre, Fuente, Rodriguez, etc. None of those are a Saban, Myer, Harbaugh type of hire. That's what it's going to take. If not, then accept mediocrity and make no change.

What about Whittingham(sp?) out at Utah? I think he would be a good hire.

Kyle Wittingham UTAH, another good one would actually be Troy Calhoun from Air Force

Fleck, Fedora, Plenty of guys out there, no guarantees but I am not positive a home run hire is needed. We just been a fundamentally sound coach. We have talent

One word for HC "Venables" a defensive coach. Then go get a great OC and watch what happens. Proven or not it would beat what we have now!
