Which lands are on the docket for sale? I am not familiar enough with the rules of management of the land to know if she has a legit complaint or not. If legit, is there a known process for selling public land? Do we just count on our representatives to make that judgement for us? I don't think there is a referendum for the public to approve the sale so how is it supposed to work?
