It now appears CP is in so let's factor that CP, Hunter, Rogers will all be playing this season and Lane will be the starting back.

How do you stop us?

Serious answers only with coverage options and how you'd do it...no stupid crap please.

Obviously stop the pass because our running game is kind of a question mark right now. I'd probably use alot of nickel and dime. Press the WRs at the line to make them work to get open. Throw in some 3-4 to cut down on the short stuff if it gets to be a problem.

Mix it up. Man wont work on two of the three ( patterson being the if). I believe you play a cover d and stop the pass until we prove we can run. Drop a lb into coverage to help with dr. And just pray your cb and safeties can cover the other 2.

Blitz on occasion and drop the safeties deep. Make Bray be patient and throw into zone coverage

Our run game isn't a factor till proven otherwise.

Man up. 1 safety and sometimes none. Blitz lb's and safeties alternatively. Try to be confusing and certainly not be predictable. Hit Bray everytime he fades back to throw. Do not let him get comfortable in the pocket. Try to make him chop his feet and never throw with a good solid base. Physical at the line too. None of that 7 yard off ****. Play strong and tough man defense and beat me if you can.

Zones are a joke to a smart accurate Qb who has been taught to read them and manipulate defenders with his eyes.

Attack Bray with everything from everywhere, press Tns wide recievers and dont give them time to get in the route, force Tn to run it down after down. Until Tennessee proves that they can hurt you with the run, make em do it.

Shut down the passing attack and force TN to beat you with the running game. Keep the game close and hopefully force it in the hands of TN's special teams to win it for them.

On offense. Run right at TN. They lack quality depth so the longer you keep the "D" on the field the better. Wear them down and in the 4th quarter you own them.

You better hope you've got a nice defensive backfield. You're gonna run a lot of nickel. Against Bray I would try and use tons of zone blitzes to try and confuse him. His head might be the only weakness in his arsenal. You're gonna have to try and bring pressure all night and hope you get to him or at least force him into some bad reads/throws. There is no way you cover those three all night lining up in straight man. When in man you have to try and jam the receivers at the line and blitz a linebacker or two. In the end, you can't always game plan against that kind of talent. Into the checkerboards for six! GBO!

Those who said force them to run.

How do you shut down three superior WR's all at once.

Change the play at the line. A lot of formation changes and shifts before the snap.

See if Bray can read a defense accurately.

Hit him early and often. Get in his head.

Loose zone coverage. Two or three deep safeties every play. Force the offense to drive the field, and bait them into running plays.

Onside kick every time.

You stop the QB

Bray made bad decisions when he felt he had no options and had to force things.

This happened when Hunter went down and Rogers was the only guy he had to go to.

He will no longer feel that he has to force things and knows he has three guys out there who will get open and he will probably always have a wide open short yardage guy as a bail out.
