We need to get our own defense to make the opposing team to pay for flopping the old fashioned way.

Unfortunately, the probable outcome is 15 yard unnecessary roughness/unsportsmanlike conduct penalties if our defense goes Clubber Lang/Al Wilson on them.

I'm all for Huepel going full ham. If the other team starts the injury thing, from that point on, every snap Tennessee has an injury, on offense or defense, and I don't care if the game goes 10 hours long. At the press conference after, own it and say, they started it, we finished it, the NCAA won't do anything, so we've had to take matters into our own hands.

This would probably get it changed and I agree. That said Heupel won’t do that.

Some teams are better at faking injuries than others. After one of our games a fan of an opposing team was complaining about one of our players being injured after an extra point and saying how it was a cheap way to get an extra timeout. After I explained to him how it didn’t work that way, since there would already be a timeout and the best play to fake an injury on is 2nd down, he insisted that it was still a cheap way to get an extra timeout.

Little worried about other defenses flopping to disrupt the offense -- CJH needs to find a way to counter it, because I highly doubt the NCAA will make any rule changes to prevent it

I think a Vol should fall down with an injury on the second play of the first game and maybe a few games more... just to send a message to the NCAA idiots in charge of nothing
Or to Commissioner Stinky who lets trash like Kiffin get away with anything. Kiffin makes Sankey look like the fool he is.

I wouldn’t know how he makes adjustments, unless you slow it down a little. That isn’t the plan, I don’t think. I wonder if the plan is to speed up for the whole game this year? If you remember correctly, we slowed down in the second quarter, and some in the 4th.

Or, maybe, when an opposing player flops, a few of our guys should flop down and start wriggling on the field like funky worms. Make fun of them.
