It's year 4. Year 4 and no one has improved on the roster. In fact, they have regressed. They have gotten much worse.
Tennessee has mulitple athletes on roster that were offered and recruited by top programs. It's not the players. It's that the players aren't being used properly and aren't being developed at all.
Butch just doesn't know what he's doing. He's no better than a career politician.
Example: Drew Richmond along with many other highly recruited players would have been properly developed in any other program.
Butch doesn't even know who his best players are. He doesn't ever have his best players or opinions on the field. Kamara touched the ball 8 times in Alabama game coming off the A&M performance. 8 times. He was hurt? Oh, he played the whole game. He touched the ball 8 times agaisnt Bama.
My point is, Butch Jones just does nonsensical things constantly. He's just not a smart person. He has zero sense.
