My wife and I scanned the Cincinnati paper once and drove around to see what some million dollar homes looked like...we were really confused when we went to the first. It was a rundown place on a corner lot. It turned out the place was zoned commerical/residential and the place sold to build a couple of small shopping stores.

Could this be the location of a new gas station?

probably or the strip behind house, if any, could be acreage for commercial
