So I have always been a xbox guy. I stood in line the night they came out to buy the 360. But I have had it. First the red ring of death about 1 1/2 year ago, now I have got some drive going out now that is going to cost $70 to fix. After spending money on the console, extra controllers, headset, wire router, wireless thingy to plug into the back, game after game and microsoft said that it isn't covered by my stupid warranty? Microsoft has outdone itself and put the biggest crappiest product ever out on the open market. My next purchase will be a Sony when the next gen systems comeout. Anyways, if anyone needs a 360 repaired these guys are doing it local so I do not have to ship and wait forever. Their name is Geeks, Ect in Tullahoma TN, totally repaired in 3 days with a new drive reader thingy for $72.

MUCK FICROSOFT.

the newer 360's are far more reliable.

if you buy a Sony, keep the receipt for as long as you own it. My PS3 was less than a year old when the blu ray drive died, because I didn't have the receipt, Sony considered it out of warranty and won't fix it for less than $150.

IMO, XBL makes it worth the hassle.

I have 2 360's...and one of them I have had since the first ones came out. Never had a problem at all. There is a reason why the 360 bent over the PS3 in holiday sales.

reason being, everybody knows you need 1 to play and 1 to have sent off for repair, thus doubling the sales
