He thinks the SEC is strongest conference.

Fowler likes the ACC as the best and (big suprise) Herbstreit thinks the Big 10 is the best.

Ok I spoke too soon. Corso just picked Auburn to beat Georgia in the SEC Championship game.


Man these guys are smoking crack or something, Herbstreit just said that Bama may be 7-0 when they play Tennessee.

Im happy they said LSU wasnt gonna win, but I dont see Auburn winning it!!!! :rolleyes:

Bama very well could be 7-0 when they play UT since Ut will be their 1st game against real competition.

Big 10 top to bottom couldn't compete with the SEC, the ACC Hasn't proven anything yet so Fowler is talking out his @$$!


Corso is a joke and Auburn will not even make the SEC Championship game so how can they win it.

I dont see how someone can think AU winning the SEC makes them on crack

Aubarn has the talent just a bad coach. Weirder things have happened

They don't have enough talent to overcome coaching.

Although looking at their schedule, they play LSU AND Georgia at home. But in the end it will be another typical Tubberville 7-4 or 8-3.

The crack part comes from them picking both Auburn to win the SEC AND picking Bama to be 7-0.

Auburn has some talent yes but for those sleeping in neverland their defense left last year.

Anybody see Herby's comments on ND? He said that Michigan and USC were the only two games on their schedule that they couldn't win. I guess that implies Tennesse is a possible W for the Irish. Go ND!!!!

ND chances of beating UT is the same as NW Mississippi Jr. College beating ND.

ND has a 2 - 4 record against UT. They won in 78 & 90. I don't see it happening in '04.

I don't what they say Bama's record will be coming into Knoxville. All I care about is that the Tide leaves with one more loss than they had before. :D

First off, Lee Corso just likes making the fans happy (hence why he chooses the home team hat every saturday on college gameday.) Plus Herbstriet is an idiot who thinks he knows everything. :cool:

I just found out the other day that Corso holds pencils during the telecast for a reason. He actually works for Dixon-Ticonderoga (a pencil company) - no joke. Who knew that a burned out coach with a bad rug had a talent for marketing pencils?

:lol: amazing. And you were right... they&#39;re 11-0 b/c they unplug Tuberville&#39;s headset at the beginning of each game. Maybe he&#39;ll think this one is too important to not put his "touch" on it. ;)
