billy clyde and his team pulled into sweetwater last nite...you may be asking why since we have no liquor stores for bcg to acquire another dwi, but strangely enough the team bus ended up at subway....

so i guess the question should become do you think gillespie likes his subs toasted or not?

Did BCG pass out seeing eye dogs to the Sweetwater School for the Blind or do anything of this nature while in Sweetwater?

This one time, the Bengals rolled up into my city. Just a few months later, came the Reds! It was amazing!

Those dummies closed down the Cracker Barrel in Sweetwater (Exit 60).

That was the dumbest thing I've ever seen a business do, because everytime I went in there (for the past 25 years or so), it was the busiest CB between Knoxville and Chattanooga. Everybody used to eat there. Now they have some big CB in Athens to replace it, but I guarantee you those guys were not going to Subway...

yep...the closing of the cracker barrell pissed alot of people of from sweetwater...what happened was that the cracker barrel was wanting new facilities, which we really didnt have alot of room for, and during this past election the liquor referendum was put on the ballot so alot of the attention of the cracker barrel situation got diverted...to make a long story short it moved to athens

the cracker barrel was the best place to eat in sweetwater and one of the busiest places to get into from chatty-knox. sorry for all the talk it sounds like i need to be on the tourism board or something. just make sure you all come and see us sometime haha

The dumbest move I've ever seen a business make. Like I said, I've been going there for at least 25 years... it was the first Cracker Barrel I ever went to as a matter of fact. It was legendary... I guarantee you, Kentucky was not going to Sweetwater to have a Subway sandwich. :ermm:

It was all about the CB. Heck, I know I went in there this past Thanksgiving or Christmas to eat breakfast. Next thing I know, I go there about 3 weeks ago and the place is boarded up!

Did anyone spray after they left?

What is the matter with CB... are you that uppity that you can't enjoy a decent country meal every now and then?
uppity has nothing to do with it. I don't care for country cooking if I'm going out to eat. Mom makes it, that's a different story.

My gawd... well no restaurant cooks as well as a home cooked meal. But CB is not exactly the slop they serve at Waffle House or at Western Sizzlin', either...
