Just heard a snippet on the radio from a guy in middle TN. Said "It's amazing...amazing how many HS coaches in middle TN never talked to Dooley but have already met coach Jones.".

It's waaay too early IMO to get carried away with speculation about the future, pro or con, with Jones but that observation certainly bodes well given the context.

I give CBJ props this week. He's doing what hes able to do and def. more with the hand he's been dealt with this program. I can already see improvements. Ready for spring ball and first game of the season. GBO

OMG, we just got back from Walmart, ran into a Tennessee fan, originally from Knoxville, that said, "We should've never let DD go." I almost passed out in the veggie section... this thread alone made me appreciate Coach Jones more.. I told this gentleman, "At least Coach Jones hasn't let grass grow under his feet since coming to Tennessee, he hasn't stopped!!" Like Coach Jones said yesterday, "We'll still be recruiting!!"... Brick by Brick, we'll have that wall!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
