Would you trade the 3 "surprises" for Bell?

I know Bell picking OSU has left a bad taste in everybodys mouth but how would we be reacting if we had got Bell but didnt get Brown, Dobbs and Miller? Would we be better off?

I say no. Dobbs could be a stud and he plays at a more important position than Bell. Plus we needed help on the DL.

People say that every year and then ***** about those players when they get on the field and everyone sees that they can't compete with the elite players our rivals signed.

Losing Bell sucks. But, we still got three awesome guys in positions of need with huge upside. Who knows? We might as well be happy with what we got and hope our staff can coach em up!

I am not saying one class hinges on one player, but we had gotten to the point where if we didn't get Bell, this class was a bust and it now is.

Even with him we didn't address needs we had with
Enough players that can compete in this league, but landing him would have softened the blow a little.

Not at all. Dline is most important. Back end can be addressed next year. And we may have our qb. I'm a big believer in the smart ones and dobbs is that.

I want kids who love what they saw with UT and want to wear our power T, and hang our degree on their walls.

I want players who bleed orange. Bell obviously doesn't. He made his choice. I would never trade my orange brothers for other players idc who they are.

I would not trade 3 players with potential for 1 that has a higher ceiling.

Everything is based off potential right now. Bell has the highest potential of the 4, but if he doesn't pan out then we gain nothing.

This gives us more of a chance to have someone contribute even if 1 person doesn't play out to our advantage.

Also, if the injury bug was to bite Bell he is done.
