I have done both. I would rather swim with sharks again right now because it is warmer in Florida than in New York.

(The jail/paper cut question would depend on what I did to get arrested)

Not sure...I don't care for mountain oysters but have not tried goat brain. Pork brains were a staple for some reason when I was a young child, and we had big crowds at mountain oyster dinners after "hog killing" time.
