Would you put in money to pay for a Pruitt buyout if we had a conditional deal with Hugh Freeze?

Would you contribute to a buy out to fire Pruitt and hire Hugh Freeze

Maybe. If we knew who the replacement was going to be... I might very well but up for pitching in. Not advocating for Freeze necessarily. But I don't have a lot of hope the program gets better with Pruitt.

There I was walking down Cumberland Avenue, and there was this bunch of people lined up at a table set up in front of the Student Union. So I walk up to the back of the line and ask what's going on, and the person in front of me tells me it's someone collecting money for to buy out the head corch of the Tennessee Volunteers. So I stay in line for a few hours and finally when I get up to the front of the line and I ask the guy behind the table what the suggested amount was for folks interested in chipping in for Pruitt's buyout. He tells me, "About $3.50." Now it was about that time I realized that I wasn't talkin' to a man but instead a eight-story-tall crustacean from the Paleolithic era that come out of the Tennessee River. I exclaimed "Got'dam, Loch Ness monstah! Ain't no way I'm giving you tree-fitty, get your own Got'dam money!" and I walked down to Gus's for a sammich.
This is criminally underrated

$100 would be a reasonable amount to chip in to the collection plate I would think. Gas, parking and refreshments will run you close to that on any given Saturday anyways.

$120 per each of 100,000 who used to show up for games at Neyland. Doesn't seem like much of a stretch.

Not really since a team like liberty will never reach the top spot. A school like UT still could one day
I have seen some dumb crap on here but this takes the cake. "We're a Power Five so, theoretically, if we weren't a blazing dumpster at the moment and several hundred light years from being good enough to beat a real football team, if, in other words, we didn't suck hind tit, we'd be better than that nobody team that's actually good."

Phil got us in this mess with Beldar....let him get us out. Tennessee has paid him millions and millions....so pony up Phil-o-Potamus. We're getting tired of you too.

It's what we should be doing...right now.

The writing is on the wall....Pruitt is done. We're going to have the exact same year next year that we had this year.

Let's just hurry up and start the next chapter of Tennessee football. We all know Hugh Freeze is going to be the guy. Let's make it happen.

I bet the ones who voted no are the same ones who tells other posters that they are not real fans.

In my opinion, Hugh Freeze is literally the football version of Bruce Pearl. He’d maybe bring a bit of excitement and a few good wins but after a few years he’ll blow it, get fired and we’ll end up on a probation or worse that’ll take another decade to overcome.

If Freeze is the best we can do; just stick with the Gump for a few more years; save up some real money and then go hire a great coach.
