Worley

I read where he doesn't show much arm strength and they're working with him on his mechanics. Obviously he's behind Bray and Simms on the mental part of the game.

I'm sure he will be fine but I think the people who said he would challenge Bray are hilarious.

I haven't read or heard anything either, but his arm strength has always been the question on him. I don't see him ever beating out TB.

Per TB

It's football time in Tennessee. Spring football time anyway. Week two style. Was talking with someone off the record about Freshman QB Justin Worley who told me he's dazzling UT coaches and support staff folks with his aptitude & grasp the offense. Was told last night that this kid's presence is going to make Bray and everyone around him better. Interesting nugget.

So does this mean he really is a 3* and not a 5* trapped in a 3* body?

Heard he's a natural born leader and that more than anything could take him far. I've heard he's showing a pretty good grasp of the offense especially for his age combined with his leadership. He doesn't have the strongest arm but he's only 18 years old and should still be in HS right now so that is a mechanic that can most definitely be worked out over time. However, even though he does lack the arm strength right now the word accurate is an understatement (check out the 1st Spring Practice on YouTube and watch his accurateness). He hits receivers in stride and when he does eventually get the arm strength, he could be a very good QB.
