Wonder why we are so shocked. This is Dooley's first year, have a new qb that has no SEC experience, no depth on the D-line, young o-line. Not to mention a new d coordinator. What have we become? I don't know about you but I am behind this team until the end. They are young. When you are young or inexperienced you make mistakes. This team is learning from its mistakes. I saw some improvement from last week. Hey I would love to win them all so I would have to listen to all the bandwagon "Alabama fans" but it aint going to happen. I still have faith that we can turn this thing around and get to a bowl game. Some times it feels like I am back in high school minus the lockers and lunch ladies with the so called "fans" bickering back and forth. The guys will get it going. Coach em up Dooley. Go Vols.

Will you be the new John Ward and do the play by play for the rest of the season?

He's absolutely right. 100% correct. Quit all the freakin negativity and complaining because that doesnt do a thing but run good coaches, players, and prospects off. Your either with UT or against UT so have your teams back during adversity and quit being awful fans. We will be fantastic when all this young talent gets experience and good team chemistry ;) Guarantee it.

We leared how to fight for 60 minutes today. Much better effort than last week. We left 14 points on the board from bad passes. This young team is learing how to play football. A game we had a chance to steal. I like the way this is headed. By season's end we are gonna see a good YOUNG football team. Just my view of Knoxville from San Diego. GBO..

I understand the frustration about Simms. Every QB has to take his licks, I just hate is has to be now and not before he came to UT. I think they can coach him up. I am not saying he will be the next all american qb at UT. He just needs to be decent. Just make the throws and not stare down the reads. I think he will turn it around. You know what happens when you switch qbs up. Ask Spurrier. I screws them up. We did that a few years ago. Ended up with 2 basket cases.
