I've tried to watch womens' ball at times and I just can't keep the tv on that channel as soon as play stops.

I wish'em well and all, but I don't care one way or the other. Women's basketball is about on the same level as college baseball to me. I just found the locale of their game tonight kind of... strange.

Believe it or not, this board isn't steered towards just one sport. If some people want to talk about something like women's basketball, they should be allowed to do so without the usual suspects posting the same old stuff belittling the sport.

If you don't like the sport, don't post in the thread and let people who actually enjoy it have a conversation. We won't think you're any less of a man for not trashing women's basketball, we promise.

To prove I am not sexist and simply hate poor excuses for athletic events, I am perfectly willing to put women's bball into the same category as baseball.....

Thank you OWB. I still don't understand why people come in a thread that doesn't interest them and ruin the conversation for those that do have interest in it.

I guess since I'm a girl I like womens bb I went and watched them play in Pittsburgh and I enjoyed it. Womens sports has come a long way and if any of you men on here had a daughter that wanted to play bb I dont think you would discourage her so you would find yourself watching womens bb.
