There's another thread on SC interviewing Horn, but now it seems it's official.

What does this mean for the SEC East? Will he be able to turn SC around? If so, how long will it take?

Shame that WKU can't hold onto the good ones. Once again used as a stepping ladder, but it's hard to blame Horn.
