We have to take care of business in the SECT first before we can think about a 2 seed. At least get to the final. Currently, I see us as a mid 3 with our current record. Those losses to Texas and Alabama on the road were not good losses when looking at their current record. I know we are 8th in the NET rankings but our neutral (1-2) and away (6-5) records aren't great. Maybe the committee will look at our home record more favorably. Who knows.

As a long standing Vole fan. I will never look at the SEC tournament as thinking we will win it until they cut the nets down. I was a few months old when we won it last so I just never can get myself to get hopes up anymore. Haha

Honestly, I would take being knocked out in the quarterfinals if we advanced to the FINAL FOUR. I couldn’t give two flips about the SEC tournament. It was only revived in 1979 to make money.
