For those in the know here in bowling green, they have been waiting to make this hire forever. So much that they basically broke their promise to Elson allow him 4 years to recruit and build slowly. The guys jersey is on the outside of the stadium. He was a player and a coach their under Harbaugh. Sometimes you hate to see a school go with a homer from their own pedigree, but I'm not so sure its a bad decision. He has been groomed well out in Stanford with Harbaugh, and was rated one of the top 25 recruiters in the country.

We shall see.
