the ncaa is horrible. they do so much boneheaded stuff. When will things change?

Do they not assign any kind of priority to these things? You would think guys that had trouble last year would be at the front of the line this year if they had done what they needed to do while they were out. It appears Williams has done that and they are stil %^&*ing with him.
