Looked like a 9 - 3 team to me yesterday. Just need a break to go 10 - 2. I think we get stronger as the season goes on too.

I've thought 8 wins all along and still do. Anything else would be great. Anything less would be a disappointment.

I think 8 but I'm not happy with it but that's where I think we end up.. ou, fla, ga and bama all beat us and I think in yr 3 that shouldn't happen..lol

At least my 13 yr old son will finally have some games to cheer about!!!

I also consider it way to early to speculate that we are going to go from 10-2 to 7-5 more too!!

While I never thought we would go 10-2 I still think we can steal one and get to 9-3

I need to just get over my frustration about yesterday and man up for OU - we can win if we control the line of scrimmage and shore up the back end. GBO

7 wouldn't be a failure if we are in all of the games. I'd be disappointed. I think this is a 8 win team.

8 - 4 would be a successful year...and Tennessee needs a break or two to get there...

7 - 5 is more realistic, until we see what there REALLY is on the field next week vs Spooners

I'm a realist. I'm not expecting to make the playoffs or anything but but with that said, 7-5 would be a massive disappointment. If we only win 7 games then we have a recruiter posing as a football coach.

I'm not saying I think that's the case because I think we'll do better. But if we do only win 7 then we've got a problem.

Next week after we beat OU the question on here will be "are we going to win the SEC" wait for it. The ups and downs with every game. Ugh!!!

With this Sal Sunseri look alike defense, it may be the best we can hope for. OU's receivers next week are much better than BGSU's were.

Wins against Kentucky, Vandy, SC, and two of Arkansas, Oklahoma, Georgia, Alabama, and Florida would be ok season. That means 8 wins and that would be progress.

Me too. We may have over hyped ourselves and got caught up in it when everyone else hyped us as well. Don't get me wrong I love this team, but we are going to play some really good teams and the defense is not there yet, not the DL and certainly not the DB's

It depends on who we beat and how we get there. Going 7-5 with a relatively healthy team is a lot different than going 7-5 without key contributor like Dobbs.

7-5 would not be a disaster but I would be disappointed. Part of the reason for my 9-3 hopes was not only our progress, but the perceived weakness of our opponents. If It can't make srides in winning this year, I have to wonder when and if it will happen

Nothing has changed we will go 8 and 4, i dont know why the Defense didnt show up, but we got talent a lot of our problems yesterday was that we just didnt adjust to the speed of the game and that is a coaching problem no matter how you look at it, i know Willie was not there but you would think the rest of the staff could have made some adjustments at halftime, we did do better after the weather delay, its not time to jump of the band wagon yet, i got faith in our coaching staff, it was like when BG went for it on fourth down and made the first down the crowd the entire Defense and coaching staff was in shock and could not recover, now its time to go to work and prove we got a good Dense which i believe we will have, dont give up on this team nobody wants to hear it but we are a very young football team with a lot of talent, now we just got to put it together right.
