Do you think anyone will show up for the TN - Vandy game. My father inlaw, brother inlaw and myself have tickets to the Vandy game. We bought the tickets in July when the outlook was much more favorable. I wanted them to experience a Tennessee Football game, instead we may experience an empty stadium with no spirit! :banghead: :banghead:

Why fickle?
Because the fans are tired of the lame excuses from the HC, tired of seeing the players perform in court more than on the field.

ITS NOT FICKLE, ITS FED UP

I'm guessing that if you bought them, you got ripped off, at this point. You'll be able to get them outside the stadium for ten bucks a pair.

It won't be "empty," but it will more than likely be less than capacity. If the weather is bad, I'd guarantee it.

Fickle fans don't show-up when a team is down. Loyal fans will show up and support the players no matter what the record is. The players need all the support the fans can give, even against teams like Memphis, Vandy and KY!! Fans are the 12 player at home. Now, I'll just go back to drinking and trying to forget the last 4 games.

GO VOLS

Apparently not at Neyland. Check our record against top-10's there. Too much sitting on keisters and listening to the radio show.

Yes, fans will still show up (the Vol faithful) for the remaining hoem games. The one question is: Will there be in excess of 100,000 show up? :dunno: I have a ticket for the Vandy game and I'll be there. Had someone offer me a ticket and bought it for $38. Can't beat the price. Anyway, the wife and I are getting a free stay at the Sleep Inn in K-town with our points(two nights) from the Comfort Inn group of hotels-Choice Privileges. Will be my first SEC game. The only other games I've seen are non-conference. Wyoming and Marshall. Saw the Terps years ago-back in the 70's.

NEWS FLASH TNVOL:

Whether you go to games or not is irrevalent as to whether your a LOYAL FAN or not. Just as attending or not attending UT has nothing whatsoever to do with being a real UT fan or not!

I will continue to pull for UT just as I have for the last 38 years but I wil NOT give them any more of my money until they do what's right, which they are not at this time.

I will go to the Lady Vols basketball game tomorrow.

You might as well go and enjoy the experience.

Just try to ignore what happens on the field (except for the POTSMB pre-game and half-time shows!)

I will, too. I can't wait to see Candace Parker live.

I'm not going.

I'm over this crap, and don't feel like spending my hard earned money on the trips up there anymore this year.

I already have tickets, btw.

These last 2 games will be only the 3rd and 4th home games I have missed since 1990.

I've probably seen more games up there than most of the people calling me fickle have seen on TV. Don't even go there.
