If the coach thinks he is the best candidate for a position coach yes. If it is just because he is a VFL absolutely not. I didn't see any great improvement in the WR play, he was a semi successful OC at USC and I have not heard anyone braking the doors down to hire him unlike Jay Graham . These are grown men doing a job in the profession they have chosen. I can assure you Jay Graham will try just as hard to recruit and coach at Ala. as he did at UT, that's his job. If Tee is seen as good fit and beyond that the best fit then he will get hired if not he should be sending out resumes like every other member of the old staff, many of whom have already been hired somewhere else.
