A polling system is better than letting a 3 loss team in.
why?

if that three loss team beat another team in a championship game to win it's conf, IT WAS SETTLED ON THE FEILD AS TO WHO'S BETTER. not by a vote.

sounds like you like the system just the way it is.

i honestly don't know what's so hard to understand about that?

all this crying about a playoff and settle it on the feild....but bring in conf. champions, we get completely contrarian....pick a side and stay on it.

Tell me who was better. 2004 Texas, or 2004 Pittsburgh.

If Pitt gets in as the 6 seed, they would lose to 3 seed Auburn 700-7. Texas could win.

TX. but the point is still the same.

they aren't in the same conf., and that's not Pitt's fault. TX wants in? play harder.

if you really want to settle it on the feild then do it, but don't bring this, "but this team was better, even though they LOST whatever game"....i'm sick of that debate. the best debate ender in the world is a scoreboard. ask OK and Boise St.

(Probably an over-the-top personal insult attacking TVA's mental acuity and posting history snipped. It was late and I was a little drunk and surly last night.)
